A common question we get is, “Do you train people that want to become MMA competitors, you know, the people that fight in a cage?”

Yes!

While it’s never mandatory that people do compete, we offer the opportunity and training for the people that want to.  However, we won’t just throw people in there unprepared.  Here are some of the things required of our fighters:

  • Striking skills such as kickboxing, karate or boxing
  • Grappling skills such as wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu
  • Takedown skills or takedown defense such as wrestling or judo
  • You must be physically fit

We also recommend that our fighters compete in other combat sports competitions prior to their MMA debut.  If someone doesn’t already have extensive competition experience, we suggest first entering into Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments or entering a kickboxing match.

We don’t expect people to walk through our doors with all of the necessary skills or experience, we are here to help you every step of the way.  Whether you are a wrestler looking for a career after college or somebody with no experience and want to see how far you can push it from the couch to the cage, we can help!

Don’t worry, you are in good hands.  Our staff includes coaches, professional referees, and world champion competitors.  We have competed from here to California and also into Canada.  We have trained across the country and around the world; from Las Vegas to Brazil to Japan.  Our coaches have trained and cornered competitors in Brazlian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, karate, judo, and MMA.

We expect a serious fighter to be training at least three times a week.  There are a couple of paths your training can take:

Group Classes

$78 per month for unlimited group classes.  Discounts available for prepaying and setting up autopay.

We offer training in each of the individual martial arts disciplines that our fighters need.  This includes our Fitness Membership plan at no extra charge, to ensure you are in fighting shape.

Private Training

Sessions range from $25 per hour for senior instructors to $50 per hour for head coaches.  Price includes training for either yourself or yourself plus a partner.

Multi-session Packages are available at a discounted rate.

Depending on your individual needs, you can book training with our wrestling coach, a jiu-jitsu instructor or go one-on-one with our strength and conditioning coach.  Private lessons are the fastest way to improve on exactly what you need, with lessons tailored specifically to you and your goals. Professional Fighter Training

If you have the time and the resources to dedicate yourself fully, you can combine group classes with a rotation of private sessions.  Under the guidance of our head coach you will experience the benefits of our group class environment combined with a custom plan of private lessons that will perfect your technique.  This will also include nutritional coaching and personal fitness training.  This is perfect as either a long-term training plan or an eight week fight camp prior to an event.
